  • Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service. We use Firebase (a Google service) to store your data. Your trade data is stored in Firestore, a NoSQL database provided by Firebase.

We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. For registered users, your trade data is stored in a way that is associated with your unique user ID. We utilize Firestore Security Rules designed to ensure that only you can access your own trade data.

However, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data or Trade Data with third parties for their commercial purposes.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service, or the public.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, subject to local data protection laws. These may include the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we correct any inaccurate personal information.
  • Request that we delete your personal information. You can manage and delete your trade data through the "Data Management" section in the application settings. Deleting your account will also result in the deletion of your associated data.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Firebase Authentication may use cookies or similar technologies to manage your login sessions. We do not currently use other cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. (Note: Update this if you add analytics or other services that use cookies).

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
